Remember that you must first contact our Customer Service Center so that we know that we are going to receive your package. We will provide you with a PDF that you must print and attach to your package.
It is important that you provide adequate packaging to ensure that items reach Lavani in perfect condition. We recommend that you choose a shipping method that guarantees the integrity of the package, such as certified mail or courier. Lavani Jewels will not be responsible for exchanging the item until it arrives back to us. The item must be shipped in its original packaging. Remember that the shipping costs are at your expense.
2. Ask us for a pre-paid shipping label to deliver your order to one of our 10,000 collection points:
The cost of the label per package is 5.50 Euros for Spain - Peninsula. For the rest of destinations, you will be informed of its cost from the Customer Service Center.
This amount will be deducted from the COUPON that we will issue equivalent to the amount of the item you want to change.
3. Deliver the jewel in our store in VALENCIA.
You must deliver the jewel and have the order confirmation e-mail at hand. You can choose the jewel to exchange it for in the store.
*If you want to make a change in our store in VALENCIA, you must notify us before going, so that we can correctly process your change. No change can be made. EVVE reserves the right to refuse returns of used items or items in poor condition and without the original packaging.
What should I do if, by mistake, I receive a different item than the one requested?
If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not ordered, please contact us from the Customer Service Center and we will send the correct one as soon as possible.
Can a piece of jewelery purchased online be exchanged at EVVE stores?
Of course!
You must deliver the jewel and have the order confirmation e-mail at hand. You can choose the jewel to exchange it for in the store.

RETURNS
Can I return my purchase?
Yes, you have 14 days to think about it from the moment your package is delivered by courier.
Once we receive the jewelry at our facilities, we will send you a COUPON created especially for you, to your e-mail. It will be a voucher with no expiration date and with the amount of the returned jewelry.
In which cases can I return an item?
I do not exceed the maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The product is with its original labeling and packaging, and is in perfect condition. There are no signs of use.
Otherwise, no refund can be made. EVVE reserves the right to refuse returns of used items or items in poor condition and without the original packaging.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?
At EVVE we carefully check all our jewels before sending them so that they are in perfect condition. But if, exceptionally, an item arrives with some damage, contact us from the Customer Service Center and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
In these cases:
We will send you a new item in perfect condition, if it is available. We will collect the defective item and deliver the new one, at no cost to you.
If it is not available, we will offer you, without a price increase, a product with features and specifications similar to the one initially requested, as long as it suits your needs and what you are looking for.
In the event that the item is not available and you do not want to purchase another piece of jewelry, we will refund the amount of the item within 7-10 business days.
What steps should I follow to make a return?
1. Fill in your information in our Customer Service Center. Follow all the steps of the form.
2. In the next few days you will receive the approval of your return and the instructions to send the product to our offices.
3. Once we receive your product at our offices, we will send you a COUPON specially created for you, to your e-mail. It will be a voucher with no expiration date and with the amount of the returned jewelry.
EVVE will not be responsible for any loss that the package may have suffered during shipment, and it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that said package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.
What do I have to do if my order is returned by courier?
Don't worry! Contact us so that we can send you your jewel again.
In the event that your package is returned by the courier company, either due to an incomplete address, the impossibility of locating you at home or not having been able to contact you by telephone for delivery, the costs involved in reshipping are borne by the customer.
